To access all of our services you can speak to a member of our Patient Services Team either by telephone or in person. There is only one telephone number to remember - 01487 812611.
If you are calling with a query about fit notes (also known as "sick notes"), prescription information or results, we deal with these queries between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm only.
At certain times during the daytime hours your call may be redirected to an answer phone which will give you an alternative number to call if you need urgent medical help. This will be answered promptly by one of our staff. If you visit us in person between 08.00 and 18.00 and you need urgent medical help, but our front door is closed, please ring the bell and we will be able to help you.
Consultations
We are fortunate in having a large team of clinical and administrative staff who can help you with your health needs. In order for us to help you to access the most appropriate health resource we need to be aware of your specific needs. It is not always appropriate for you to see a doctor - it may be that another one of our clinical or administrative team will be able to help you. We are happy to offer a health check with a doctor or Practice Nurse for patients aged between 16 and 75 who have not attended the Health Centre within the past three years and for those patients aged over 75 who have not attended during the last 12 months.
All consultations are for 10 minutes and surgery times are:
