During the winter months, demand upon GP services is always at its heaviest.  We recognise that patients are more likely to need to consult with their doctor in the winter months, and the Covid-19 pandemic has obviously exacerbated the normal pressures.  We are pleased to say that we are tackling the increased demand by providing additional appointment slots over and above our normal allocation.  This has increased our capacity for both remote and face-to-face appointments, as necessary.  Please speak to our Patient Services team on 01487 812611 option 1 regarding appointments.
